Physical & Performance Profiling

Profiling is fundamental for establishing an individual’s starting point. Profiling batteries can be modified from basic to comprehensive and are multidisciplinary in nature. We can cover physical, performance, medical, and behavioural profiling. Going through this process identifies strengths and areas to address whether that be for health or related directly to performance. It helps inform individual training and lifestyle interventions and acts as a benchmark for which to measure progress when re-tested.

Strength & Conditioning Programming

Our Strength and Conditioning Coaches use profiling data and feedback from the multidisciplinary team to develop an individual training programme designed to support and improve the relevant target areas. This may be improving global strength, correcting asymmetries, improving cardiovascular health, or a combination of everything. Programmes will be periodised and can be delivered both in-person and available remotely via app.
